UNUSED OLD A Bill to Provide for the Education of Pakistani Children

1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE STUDENT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
2. Section 1. Congress allocates an additional one billion dollars to the
3. United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for the
4. support of primary education in Pakistan, to be utilized over a ten
5. year period.
6. Section 2. These funds may only be used for construction of schools
7. and payment of teachers in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas
8. (FATAs).
9. Section 3. The Department of the Treasury, in conjunction with USAID,
10. will enforce this legislation.
11. Section 4. This bill will go into effect immediately upon passage.
12. Section 5. All laws or portions of laws conflicting with the
13. provisions of this legislation shall hereby be declared null and void.
