REASON FOR WEBSITE:

This website is designed specifically for the purposes of enhancing Congress for Nebraska tournaments. Created in 2004, it has been the house for all Congress legislation debated on for Nebraska's tournaments to include National Qualifers in Congress and State Congress. Currently, a majority of schools use this website as both a place to submit legislation to be selected by school tournaments, a house for all tournament legislation by school name, and an information resource to those students, coaches, and parents who would like to know more about Congress.
